BOU annual spring conference - reduced and free places, presentations
We offer reduced rates to students in developed countries and a small number of free places for those in developing countries. More details

Career Development Bursaries
Introduced in 2011, the BOU aims to award a number of these bursaries each year. Aimed at career development to encourage you to undertake research outside your normal interest area, skill-base or normal institute. More details

Ibis remains one of the key journals for avian researchers to publish and for reference. Ibis is ranked 2/19 in Ornithology journals with an Impact Factor of 2.295. The delay to publication (from acceptance of ms) can be under 8 weeks for online publication and 12 weeks for print publication.
